All about Returns

What is your return policy?
 

We accept returns if there is a product defect, within 30 days. If it is the wrong size, or print due to a mistaken choice, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund since all items are "Print-on-Demand", meaning they are custom made for you. (Please think carefully before you purchase ;)
Originals can be returned, however you must pay the shipping and a 50$ USD fee.
 

Can I cancel my order?
 

If your order has not yet gone to production, you can cancel it by contacting hi@artofmadeleine.com ASAP.
If your order has already gone to print, you cannot cancel it because it is being made just for you - sorry!​​
