Summer at Yaya's - ORIGINAL

My sister's home (Yaya) is always full, always a bit chaotic, and always hosting some wild and breathtaking bouquet of seasonal flowers.

A landscape architect and botanical nerd...she frequently scavenges blossoms from neighbouring shrubs, the shared garden plot or her job sites. The house bouquets are arranged with a care free, yet exquisite sense. Always housed in some carefully chosen antique pot, vintage cute vase or surprising container that immediately makes me want to paint.

This summer we shared watermelon on her cute black dot plates and purple table. Kids, clover wallpaper, laughter and love weaving it all together.
