A little study of young plants and their shadows, growing up the lattice fence. These were some of my first experiments with gouache as a medium. I was living for a month in a remote location in the state of Nayarit, Mexico in a "Palapera" natural home with a palm based roof. Here are a couple of "Palapera studies".
